History
Established in June 2006, www.msnurses.co.uk was the brainchild of Julie Barwell who was incensed by the fact, that local Patient Care Trusts (PCT) who could not balance their books (budget wise), looked to reduce nursing posts in order to achieve financial targets. Since then the site as grown and is used by thousands of people.

The web site is mainly driven by two people (both sufferers of MS)

Julie from Helston, in Cornwall. Diagnosed with MS in 2004, after having 2 MRI Scans and a Lumbar Puncture, She now inject everyday with copaxone. To hopefully stop having so many relapses or bad ones. She regularly see her MS Nurse who is her ROCK.
  
Mark, designed and maintains the web site, another sufferer of MS. Mark lives in North Somerset, diagnosed in 2003 with PPMS. Mark has spent most of his working life in IT until he was medically retired in early 2006.
